Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical test link here too Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of “de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum” (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..”, comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

emplate Installation

1.First download the template and unzip the file.

2.Now, sign in to Blogger dashboard and click on the layout.

3.Here is the important step, after uploading any new Blogger template, all of the previous widgets like your google adsense ads,text,profile,poll,etc etc will be lost.
So, to avoid this to happen, in this step click on 'edit' on all the widgets and copy the codes into notepad,etc.

4.Now click on the 'Edit html' tab

5.First of all please Download Full Template.This is to back up your present template.If the new template that you are going to upload makes/gets into some errors or if you make more complex errors in that,then you will loose everthing.So make sure that you back up your template.

6.Just below that,there's an option of uploading new template.So, use the Browse button and upload the downloaded xml file.

7.Now, a message appear saying that your widgets are about to be deleted.Click on the Confirm & Save (no problem doing this because we already copied the widget codes in Step 3).

8.Now click on "confirm and save".Now you successfully installed the template.

8.Click on the 'Page elements' page now and add the codes that you copied in step3 using the 'Add a Page Element' option.

theme proposal

No more waiting guys!. I named it 'proposal' hence I think this theme is highly appropriate to introduce yourself or your business to the world. That is why no sidebar in place to gain more whitespace. So let your readers got amazed by your images. A picture is worth a thousand words... do you believe this?

In order to achieve what you see from my demo blog, please read the instructions below.

Somethings to know when using this template

1. Changing the main background image. I use an image with size 1280x800 which I think the quality and resolution are still acceptable for bigger screen. Keep in mind your loading time will be longer when using bigger image. Find;
   
   <div class='bg'> and replace the image link with yours.
   
   
2. Configuring main menu. The top menu is not a widget. It uses ordinary list, so that you can change/add/remove it from the list. Use your own word and replace '#' with your link. Find;

3. Placing ads. To put an advertisement at the bottom of the blog, find this code;

4. Hiding the comment form. For this template, I prefer not showing the box. And the link to the comment form has been replaced with arrow image. So, set the comment form as 'Pop-up window'.

Somethings to know when writing a post

Uploading image. From my demo blog, several images have been used for each post. There is an image next to the post title, another image to replace main background, and also few images on the very left from the article.

If you've never used HTML mode to write a post, after uploading an image, switch to Edit HTML to see code similar to this;

1. Image next to the post title. This image should be at the beginning of your post before text. You can use any image which size not less than 120x90. Whenever after you upload the image, change the class and remove all inline styles from the code above to be like this;

2. Multiple background image. Besides resizable background, another focal feature for this template is its ability to switch the background image. You can define an unique background according to what your article is about. There is no script behind this except a simple jQuery to give 'fade' effect. So, how?. Upload another image (same size with your main background) at the end of your post. While in the post editor, right click on the image and choose 'original size'. Then, switch to Edit HTML and start working with the code again.

3. Image on the left of your article. You will do the same way as before. However, you should carefully locate the image within your article to avoid touching the post title, blog pager, or another image before it. Also you should always use image with ratio 4:3 (landscape) and 3:4 (portrait).

GAGAL adalah awal dari segalanya

Kadang kita sebagai manusia biasa yang punya banyak kekurangan, pernah membuat hal yang salah hingga menggagalkan apa yang ingin kita capai, kadang terbesit dalam hati “gue udah gagal” atau “udah gak mungkin” , but please please please, jangan menghasiani dirimu sendiri, dengan mencari2 alasan mengapa kamu gagal.
Ada yang bilang kegagalan satu bisa menyebabkan kegagalan yang lainnya, sebenernya itu hanya omong kosong, itu cuma ada di alam bawah sadar kita yg mensugestikan itu hingga menjadi kenyataan… sayang banget loh, kadang orang yg udah beberapa kali sukses, menjadi si gagal gara2 satu kegagalan yang dia buat.

gimana caranya numbuhin rasa ingin sukses dan say no to gagal ?


Pertama, sugestikan diri kamu untuk sukses (berteman lah dengan orang2 sukses) , bersikap layaknya orang sukses, bersifat seperti orang sukses , sehingga tanpa disadari rasa sukses itu menjadi bagian dari dirimu

Kedua jika bertemu dengan “gagal” jangan takut untuk bangkit dan minder, kadang yang kamu pikir bukan kerjaan kamu banget malah bisa membuatmu menjadi orang paling sukses.

Ketiga sinkron kan apa yg “kamu banget” dengan apa yang kamu lakukan, dengan begitu kamu akan melakukannya dengan enjoy, jangan sampe karena gak sinkron kamu jadi ngerasa apa yang kamu lakukan hanya sia2 karena itu gak kamu banget, sebenernya sesuatu hal yang kamu banget atau enggak itu kembali lagi ke diri kamu sendiri, jangan merasa gak bisa hanya karena kamu telah menyerah sebelum memulai


Kalo semua tadi sudah dicoba tapi nihil,
Ada yang ke empat, yaitu mengetahui emosi kita sendiri, cari pencerahan untuk emosi kamu, baca buku2 penenang hati, jadi kamu lebih mengerti gimana diri kamu, jadi kamu siap sukses dan siap menantang gagal, semoga sukses kawan!!
